That evening, join us for a welcome cocktail experience, where you’ll meet the group, ease into the trip, and set the tone for the days ahead.
Day 2 – Brunch, SoHo & Glam
We start the day with a curated NYC brunch experience — relaxed, stylish, and the perfect way to connect before heading out.
Then, it’s time for your SoHo Style Experience. By mid-afternoon, we return to the hotel so you can get ready for your New York Fashion Week Experience.

If you select double occupancy and check-out and are interested in being matched with a roommate, a form will be sent out shortly after booking. Please understand that while we will do our utmost to find you a compatible roommate, however, this cannot be guaranteed. In the event a match cannot be made, you may be required to pay the single occupancy rate. Rest assured, we will do our best to accommodate your preferences

Deposit Information:
1. The initial deposit deadline is May 16, 2026. Any reservations made after the deposit deadline are subject to the vendor’s price change (if any) and room availability.
2. Each roommate is responsible to pay separate deposits. Choose your roommate wisely. You must ensure your roommate is also making timely monthly payments, if applicable.
3. While we understand that sometimes things do not go as planned, we are here to make your experience as seamless as possible. If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please do so by email only. Send your message to: info@passport-envy.com.
4. All booking needs to be made via this booking site. Any booking or accommodations made outside of the group or site will not be honored or be able to attend any of the private events.

1) Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our company Terms and Conditions.
2) All payments to Passport Envy, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
3) Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your license or government identification card. THERE IS A $50 FEE FOR NAME CHANGES AFTER BOOKING.
4) Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today to lock in your price.
5) A payment schedule is required to keep your reservation current. Need to discuss a different payment plan? No problem. Email info@passport-envy.com where we will find the perfect solution for you. Final Payment must be made by August 1, 2026.
6) Any late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline and is subject to a $50 fee.

8) This package is not a la carte. Participation in the above mentioned activities can only be guaranteed with purchase of a package from Passport Envy.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation, the package is non-refundable. This is because Passport Envy LLC negotiated agreements with vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our packages low and allow you to make monthly payments.
