A payment schedule is required to keep your reservation current. Any late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline and is subject to a $50 fee

Reservations: Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your PASSPORT. $100 fee for name changes after booking.

Passport Requirements: Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates.

Roommate Matching is offered for this tour. We will email everyone a confirmation of their booking, at which time you can respond if you need or already have a roommate for the trip. Please note that roommate matching process does not take place until after 75% of the cost of the package is paid. Each roommate is responsible for paying separate deposits. 

This package is not a la carte. Participation in the activities can only be guaranteed with purchase of a package from Passport Envy Travel Agency.
