Missing a vacation is disappointing. Losing the money you paid for it is worse.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of illness, delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Is airfare included?

No. This is a land-only package, giving you flexibility to book flights from your preferred airport or use points. Once booked, you’ll provide your flight details to Passport Envy™ to coordinate airport transfers.

When should I arrive in Bali?

Guests must depart their home city the day before Day 1 to arrive in Bali before 3:00 PM on Day 1. This ensures smooth airport transfers and a relaxed arrival experience.

What airport do I fly into?

You will fly into Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) in Bali.

Can I come solo?

Absolutely. This experience is perfect for solo travelers who enjoy curated group travel. Each guest will have their own private villa, so you’ll enjoy both community and personal space.

Are the villas shared?

No. This package includes single-occupancy villas only.
If you wish to share accommodations, you must book together and have your roommate confirmed at the time of booking.

Is travel insurance required?

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. All payments are non-refundable, and insurance helps protect your investment in case of illness, delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

We recommend purchasing coverage within 14–21 days of your deposit for the best benefits.

When will I receive my final itinerary and travel documents?

Final travel documents, detailed itinerary, and arrival instructions will be emailed 30–45 days prior to departure, once your balance is paid in full.
