DEPOSIT INFORMATION:
1. The initial deposit deadline is July 31, 2024. Any reservations made after the deposit deadline are subject to the vendor’s price change (if any) and room availability.
2. Each roommate is responsible to pay separate deposits. Roommate matching is available for this trip. We will contact you 90 days before trip with information.
3. Final flight information and itinerary will be sent 30-45 days before trip.
4. While we understand that sometimes things do not go as planned, we are here to make your experience as seamless as possible. If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please do so by email only. Send your message to: info@passport-envy.com.
5. All booking needs to be made via this booking site. Any booking or accommodations made outside of the group or site will not be honored or be able to attend any of the private events.

2) All payments to Passport Envy, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
3) Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your PASSPORT. THERE IS A $50 FEE FOR NAME CHANGES AFTER BOOKING.
