Terms & Conditions: Making a reservation for this package signifies your acceptance of Passport Envy, LLC’s Terms & Conditions.
Payments: All payments made to Passport Envy, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Make your reservation to secure the current package price.
A payment schedule is required to keep your reservation current. Payments are due every 30 days from your booking date, with all balances due no later than January 30, 2027.
Any request for a late payment must be approved by management prior to the payment due date and is subject to a $50 late payment fee.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to help protect your travel investment.
Depending on the policy selected, travel insurance may provide coverage for eligible circumstances such as trip cancellation or interruption, medical emergencies, travel delays, and lost or delayed baggage.
Insurance coverage, eligibility, exclusions, purchase deadlines and refund provisions vary by policy and provider. Travelers should carefully review the terms of their selected policy before purchasing.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation, all payments made toward the package are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Passport Envy, LLC makes advance commitments and payments to hotels, transportation providers, experience providers and other travel partners on behalf of the group, many of which are non-refundable.
For this reason, travelers are strongly encouraged to purchase appropriate travel insurance to help protect their investment against eligible unforeseen circumstances.
TRAVELER INFORMATION

Reservations: Reservations must be made in the traveler’s full legal name exactly as it appears on their passport. A $100 fee applies to name changes after booking.
Passport Requirements: Travelers are responsible for ensuring their passport is valid for at least six months beyond the travel dates and for meeting all applicable entry requirements.
Roommate Matching: Roommate matching is offered for this tour. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email where you can indicate whether you already have a roommate or would like to participate in roommate matching.
The roommate matching process begins after 75% of the package price has been paid. Each traveler is responsible for making their own reservation and paying their own deposit. Roommate matching is offered as a convenience and a roommate match cannot be guaranteed.
Package Participation: This package is not available à la carte. Participation in included Passport Envy™ group activities and experiences can only be guaranteed with the purchase of the complete package through Passport Envy™ Travel Agency. Choosing not to participate in an included activity does not entitle the traveler to a refund or credit for that activity.
